GROUPS DESCRIPTION

SINGLES GROUP

Are you ready to step into transformation?
This 4-week intensive therapeutic group is designed for singles who are ready to reconnect with their authentic selves and cultivate deep, meaningful relationships built on wholeness and truth.

We’ll meet on four consecutive Saturdays, dedicating six transformative hours each week in a supportive, growth-oriented group environment. Each meeting is a deep dive—an intentional blend of reflection, experiential exercises, and guided dialogue—to help you release the “rubber bands” of your past: those beliefs, fears, and emotional patterns that quietly hold you back. Together, we’ll turn them into powerful fuel for your personal growth and healing.

You’ll explore who you truly are beneath the layers of old conditioning and learn how to live and love from a place of deep authenticity. We’ll look closely at your personal story—what love has meant in your past, how it shows up in your present, and how you want it to feel moving forward. Your past relationships will become valuable teachers, helping you recognize patterns and move toward the love and intimacy you truly want, need, and deserve.

We’ll also engage in open, compassionate conversations about sex, boundaries, and what healthy intimacy looks like for you. With curiosity and care, we’ll redefine connection in a way that feels safe, grounded, and empowering.

By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with:

  • A grounded sense of identity and self-worth

  • A renewed vision for your life and relationships

  • A deeper capacity to give and receive love authentically

5 Goals: What participants will leave with

By the end of the 4-Saturday intensive, participants will have:

  1. A clear and grounded sense of self-identity — who you truly are underneath past patterns.

  2. A renewed vision for your life and relationships — a concrete picture of how you want to live and love.

  3. A set of healthy relational and intimacy boundaries — clarity on how you BEST give and receive connection.

  4. A shift from past-wound holding to empowered growth — using your history as stepping-stones instead of obstacles.

  5. A deep presence of wholeness — showing up authentically, ready to attract and sustain meaningful romantic connection.

💫 Investment: $50/hour paid upfront or $60/hour if paying weekly.
Each session runs for six hours, across four consecutive Saturdays.

This is your time to rediscover your wholeness, reclaim your power, and open your heart to the love and life you truly deserve.

❤️ A Letter To You, From The Heart Of This Group

If you are reading this, something inside you is searching.

Maybe you’re tired of repeating the same relationship patterns.
Maybe you feel ready to understand yourself more deeply.
Maybe you’re longing for connection, but also for safety.
Maybe you want to love again—but this time, with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Wherever you are on your journey, I want you to know this:

You are not alone.
And you do not have to figure it all out by yourself.

The Singles Group was created for people just like you—people who are brave enough to pause, look inward, and choose growth over fear. People who have lived, loved, hurt, healed, and are now ready for a healthier, more grounded way of moving through the world.

This group is not about fixing you.
Because you are not broken.

It is about discovering you—the real you, the deserving you, the you who may have been covered by years of self-doubt, fear, or old relational wounds. Over four powerful weeks, you will explore:

  • the dreams your heart has carried      quietly for years
  • the beliefs you didn’t know were      shaping your decisions
  • the fears that have been      protecting you more than holding you back
  • the parts of yourself that have      always deserved love
  • the patterns that no longer serve      the person you’re becoming

You’ll learn, grow, and reflect in a space filled with compassion, safety, and understanding. You’ll sit beside others who carry their own stories, their own hopes, their own fears—and together, you will build something healing: a community of shared growth.

You will not be judged.
You will not be compared.
You will be seen.

And each week, you will walk away with deeper clarity, stronger boundaries, more self-trust, and a more grounded vision of the kind of relationship—and life—you truly want.

This group is more than a program.
It is an experience.
It is a mirror.
It is a beginning.

If your heart is calling you toward this work, trust that.
Your story is not finished yet.
There is so much love ahead of you—love for others, and most importantly, love for yourself.

We are here to walk with you, every step of the way.

With warmth, understanding, and hope,
Irina Cromer, LISW-CP

🌿 Who This Group Is For — And Who It’s Not For

Understanding Fit for the Singles Therapeutic Group

The Singles Group is a powerful, transformative experience—but it is designed for a specific type of participant. Not every group format fits every person, and part of offering effective, ethical care is helping individuals determine whether this group matches their emotional needs and current level of functioning.

Below is a clear guide to help you understand whether this program is right for you.

✅ THIS GROUP IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

1. Are single and wanting clarity about your relationship patterns

This group is designed for adults who want to understand why they choose who they choose, repeat certain patterns, or struggle with particular relational dynamics.

2. Feel ready for introspection and personal growth

You don’t need to have everything figured out—you just need the willingness to explore.

3. Want to strengthen your self-worth, boundaries, and emotional awareness

Participants learn skills that support healthier relationships, deeper emotional safety, and a more grounded sense of self.

4. Are stable enough emotionally to participate in group work

You can have emotions, tears, fears, and complexities—those are welcome.
But you must be able to regulate well enough to participate safely in a group environment.

5. Are open to experiential work and group discussion

Activities may include journaling, guided visualizations, roleplays, self-reflection, and optional group sharing.

6. Are not seeking a dating group

This is not a place to meet a partner.
This is a therapeutic environment focused on you, your identity, and your patterns.

7. Want a structured path toward healthier love and secure connection

You’ll leave with clarity, insight, new skills, and your own personalized “Relationship Blueprint.”

❌ THIS GROUP IS NOT A GOOD FIT IF YOU:

1. Are looking for a social or dating group

There is no matchmaking, pairing, or dating within the group.

2. Are currently in acute emotional crisis

The group is not appropriate if you are experiencing:

  • active suicidal thoughts
  • recent suicide attempts
  • inability to regulate emotions
  • current psychiatric      hospitalization
  • severe panic or dissociation that      disrupts functioning

These situations require a higher level of care and individualized support.

3. Are actively struggling with untreated severe mental health conditions

Examples include:

  • active psychosis
  • severe bipolar episodes
  • untreated PTSD with active      flashbacks
  • severe personality disorder      symptoms requiring stabilization

These require intensive or individualized treatment.

4. Are experiencing active substance dependence or withdrawal

Participants must be sober and emotionally present.

5. Have severe social anxiety that prevents participation

Some anxiety is normal—but the ability to speak, share, and engage in small ways is essential.

6. Are court-mandated to attend a group

This is a voluntary, therapeutic program and not appropriate for mandatory participation.

7. Are currently in a violent, unsafe, or highly unstable living situation

Safety must be established before engaging in relational exploration work.

⚖️ Why These Guidelines Matter

This group is designed to be:

  • safe
  • contained
  • emotionally supportive
  • clinically appropriate
  • trauma-informed

Ensuring participants are a good fit protects:
✔ their emotional well-being
✔ the integrity of the group
✔ the safety of every participant
✔ the therapeutic depth of the work

If a person is not a good fit, it doesn’t mean they’re “not ready”—it means they require different support right now, and we can offer referrals to resources that match their needs.

💬 Still Unsure If This Group Is Right for You?

We offer a free 10–15 minute screening call to help you determine fit.
You’ll speak with a licensed clinician who will help you understand whether this program is the best next step for your growth.

You don’t have to decide alone.
We're here to support you every step of the way.
